Case Management Conference(CMC)

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the ongoing management of the appeal and the presentation of related evidence so that the forthcoming Inquiry is conducted in an efficient and effective manner. There is no discussion of the merits of the respective cases during the conference and no evidence will be heard.

Since the CMC held virtually on 9th November 2022, there has been a change of Inspector, therefore a second CMC will be held virtually at 11am on 22nd February 2023.
