Case Management Conference (CMC)

A virtual CMC was held on Wednesday, 13th August 2025.

The purpose of the CMC was principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry timetable and to clarify the scope of the inquiry, there was no discussion of the merits of the proposals in question.
