Pre-Inquiry Meeting (PIM)

The Inspector held a virtual Pre-Inquiry Meeting (PIM) on 3 July 2024 

The purpose of a PIM was principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry programme and to clarify the scope of the inquiry.  There was no discussion at a pre-inquiry meeting of the merits of the proposals in question.
