Southwark council made the London borough of Southwark (Ledbury estate phase 2) compulsory purchase order 2025 on <Insert Here>. The CPO was made to support the delivery of the estate renewal of the Ledbury Estate which was agreed upon by the Council’s cabinet between 2021 and 2023. The Order Land comprises 14 leasehold flats, an electrical substation and a section of unregistered land.
