Pre-Inquiry Meeting

The Inspector held a virtual Pre-Inquiry Meeting (PIM) on Tuesday, 19th September 2023 

The purpose of the pre-inquiry meeting was principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry programme and to clarify the scope of the inquiry.  There was no discussion at a pre-inquiry meeting of the merits of the proposals in question.
