The London Borough of Southwark ("the Acquiring Authority") has made The London Borough of Southwark (Tustin Estate - Heversham House) Compulsory Purchase Order 2025 under Section 226(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the purpose of carrying out the continued development, re-redevelopment and improvements to the Tustin Estate to deliver new high quality homes, amenity space, parking, landscaping and ancillary infrastructure which will contribute to achieving the promotion or improvement of the economic social and environmental well-being of the area.
