Case Management Conference

A Case Management Conference (CMC) was held virtually at 2pm, Monday 9 October 2023.
The purpose of the CMC was not to hear any evidence, but just to run through the procedures and housekeeping matters for the Public Inquiry.

The CMC was be led by Inspector Mr Phillip Ware BSC DipTP MRTPI on behalf of the appointed Inspector Mrs Claire Searson MSc PGDip BSc (Hons) MRTPI IHBC and Assistant Inspector Mrs Johanna Ayres BA (Hons) Solicitor.
