Pre-Inquiry Meeting (PIM)

The Inspector is hold a virtual PIM at 10.00am on Friday, 17th April 2026.

The purpose of a PIM is principally to discuss the practical arrangements for the inquiry, to set out the inquiry programme and to clarify the scope of the inquiry.  There is no discussion at a pre-inquiry meeting of the merits of the proposals in question.
