Documentation following November 2025 Consultation
Following engagement with key landowners and stakeholders, Network Rail has identified an alternative configuration for the replacement bridleway route which it now proposes to bring forward as part of the Scheme.
Persons likely to be affected by the modifications to the bridleway route were consulted in November 2025 and amendments to the Order and associated documentation (including a request for deemed planning permission) were publicised in March 2026. Following further engagement with consultees, further amendments were made to the Order and associated documentation and submitted to TIPU in May 2026. Network Rail continues to actively engage with key landowners and stakeholders.
